Training for industrial manager
Veronica, 19 years old,
trainee for industrial manager
„During a traineeship I learned about the profession of industrial manager. From the beginning I was impressed by the diversity of this profession. During my traineeship, I pass through all management divisions in our company. This way I can learn about the whole production process, from customer acquisition to order realization, up to the product costing analysis. For example, I learn how to invite offers and order goods in due time, I plan production processes, process sales requests, prepare offers and calculate prices, and I learn all about customer service, which I like very much. In the human resources area I plan the requirements and deployment of personnel, and in the accountancy department I have an overview of the bookkeeping of the company, etc. etc. etc. I enjoy my training very much, every day is different and I acquire knowledge in many different areas."
The training for industrial manager takes 3 years and is implemented as a dual system between practical training and vocational school. For our training in Miesbach, the vocational school in Bad Tölz provides courses weekly.
