FDI Innovation prize for Franz Kroha

The innovation prize of the German printing industry refers to the areas of »Printing products«, »Marketing« and »Technology«, each with different categories.

On 9 October 2012 it happened again. During the ceremony of the »Innovation award of the German printing industry«, the FDI awarded to the registered association of »Leaders of the printing industry and information processing « the annual special prize for »Excellent entrepreneur personality. Every year, this award is granted to a personality who is an exemplary leader of his/her company in several ways, or who has enterprise responsibility in a leading position.

Also this year, the prize was awarded to an enterprise personality from the district of Munich Bavaria, Mr. Franz Kroha, owner of Kroha GmbH with office in Miesbach and Barleben near Magdeburg. Mr. Kroha shares with the FDI a main idea: »Training on-the-job is a strategic requirement for the future of our branch«.

Mr. Kroha also appointed in his company an Innovation Manager who has the unique task to further develop the company. The foundation stone for is laid already very early, not only to respond to the higher demands of the market, but also to enable the customers to put their new requirements into practice.
